Neurodivergents
From Girona Buddies
Girona Buddies has a neurodivergents subgroup. A diagnosis is not required to join; anyone who identifies as being neurodivergent is welcome. Their WhatsApp group (https://chat.whatsapp.com/DD6rLh9dkvqJeUiAzfTilu) can be used to discuss autism, ADHD, BPD, masking, sensory needs, social skills, etc. They also meet once a month in person to discuss their experiences of being neurodivergent.
